WHO IS INVEST SOUTH GP LIMITED?

Invest South GP Limited is a 100% Southland owned Private Equity Investment Management Company. It manages Invest South Limited Partnership which has $10 million of capital under management. Our sole shareholder is The Community Trust of Southland.

ISL was established in 1998 when the shareholders, The Community Trust of Southland and the Southland Building Society, identified a shortage of available debt and equity funding for many worthwhile existing or new local businesses.

Key objectives:

To identify investment opportunities within appropriate sector and risk profile.
Stimulate economic activity and job creation in the company's target market area.
To provide a commercial return equivalent to the inherent risks in the long term.
